For your birthday parties, come and discover our 101 exciting and surprising hands-on experiments or have one of our staff member go to your place for a special magic science show and workshop.

What are your options?
For birthday parties at Scientastic, you can either bring your own cake or we can provide you with a delicious cake. It is a brownie type of chocolate cake. Whathever your choice, we include in all birthday formulas one drink per person.
The cake is served by piece. On the piece of the birthday child, we put candles for the much expected "happy birhtday" song celebration.

If you bring your cake, don't forget to bring plates, napkins, and spoons along. The tables are already covered and you don't have to bring glasses because we serve the drinks with a straw.

Exclusivity
We advise those who wish to have the museum for themselves to book it in the morning before our opening hours. You have to bring a party of 25 people minimum for that booking on a Saturday or Sunday before 14:00. If you wish us to turn down the few visitors who might show up in the morning you may require it.

How long does it take?
The time is limited to two hours maximum. If you wish to stay longer, we advise you to order our workshop sessions. See helpers below.

Where?
Scientastic is located in the metro-station Bourse-Beurs, undeground, level -1, Boulevard Anspach, 1000 Brussels, just 2 minutes walk from the Grand Place.

Helpers.
Optionnally, one of our staff to take care of your group and help your children discover the exhibition. Our helper will assist the children during 30 minutes. We limit the time to 30 minutes because we know that, after 30 minutes, the children will want to play by themselves no matter how good the helper was. We advise you chose this service if your children are under 7 years of age.
Children above 7 can read. So, they can manage with a leaflet telling them how the exhibits work.

Workshops. If you wish to stay longer, you may also ask for our workshop about the magic of science. With the help of our animator, the children will discover fascinating magic science tricks. Children will learn how to make them at home with simple tools and try to understand the scientific explanation. They will make a very cheap and safe rocket that can fly in your kitchen. They will flip over a glas of water without getting wet...For the youngest ones, the workshop includes also fun experiments about the 5 senses. Such a workshop can be chosen for 30 minutes or 60 minutes.

Magic science show and workshop at your place:
This workshop is the same as the one that you can have at our place but longer. 1h30 with 10 minutes break.
